I just found out that he was killed. I also discovered the extent of his crimes. I was aware of the drug dealings but not of the murders etc. when David and I parted ways I had no involvement and no reason to find out information. Apparently no reason to read newspapers either because I new nothing of the many articles.
I am not defending any acts of violence that he was involved in. I just wanted to post a memory of him as a person that I really cared for. He was kind and loving and protective of me. He never involved me in this life, actually I am remembering what a naive young girl I was. He made sure I went to school and worked hard to build a nice life for myself. I remember him saying that I needed to learn to take care of myself because he wouldn’t always be there. He was my first love and this weekend I was thinking of him. I wanted to find his family to ask about him but via the internet I discovered his death. I will remember him with love. He was a very smart man with a leaders personality. I know readers think he didn’t have a positive imprint on the world but I am a better person because I knew him. If it wasn’t for his guidance I may have not had such a nice life. I wish his life road would have lead him on a different journey. May god bless the innocent that died and were hurt by the hands of David and may god have mercy on his soul.
